Look out England... we are heading your way

We finally have some official news that we are moving to England this summer. We expect to pack up here by the end of June and head overseas in early July. We are heading to Lakenheath AFB which is about two hours from London and 40 minutes from Cambridge.

We are starting the process of listing our house and sorting out anything that we can't take with us. An international move has lots of details to sort out... different power, different cars, small houses, etc. Plus multiple shipments of household goods and storage of lots of stuff that can't go with us. Busy times ahead for the next four months.

But, I think living in England will be an adventure of a lifetime for our family. The kids are at good ages for traveling and young enough to adapt to changes in schools. Besides leaving behind my amazing friends in Arizona I am a little concerned about the weather.... I LOVE sunshine. I think we will be planning vacations to southern Europe to get my sunshine fill (or I'll be getting a sun lamp to bask under in the house).

No other information yet... I am sure we'll be buried in details in a matter of weeks though. In the meantime its soccer season and we are busy with our usual flurry of activities.
