Its 2008. Hard to believe. We've been so consumed with preparing for Tory's upcoming deployment that I haven't really thought much about resolutions for the new year. I guess my initial "goals" all pertain to getting through this deployment. I am trying to not wish away the time since I still want to enjoy every minute of Andrew and Emily at this age. This will be an interesting year just for the fact that we will be separated for almost half of it.
Tory says his resolution is to train for a triathalon.... he really wants a new bike so this is a good way to get a bunch of fun new gear when he gets back.
I have been training for the half-marathon which is in a few weeks so I'll get that one under my belt and assess what is next.
Happy New Year to everyone and we'll keep you posted once we know when Tory is leaving (next week sometime we think). Sorry no pics for this entry.... we went to a great New Year's Eve party and didn't even take a single picture. oops.
