Well I should be posting pictures of the easter egg hunt, opening easter baskets and the little fishing outing I took the kids on..... but they are still on the camera which is buried somewhere in the disaster zone I am currently living in.
On Saturday early morning (like 3AM) Emily starting throwing up and it has just progressed from there. She is still sick, and in the meantime both Andrew and I had it. So, for 36 glorious hours I had three vomiting people in my house. For anyone who has had a spouse away this is the total nightmare. You just can't be sick when the kids are sick -- it sucks.
Needless to say the laundry has been out of control and in every moment I have not been cleaning up one of the kids I have been napping myself.
I think we are on the upswing now. Andrew actually ate food today and so far today I have not seen it re-visit us. Emily was still sick last night and has still not eaten anything today. I actually feel pretty good except for the sleep deprivation and yuck post-sickness grunginess.
So, the other pics will follow. Right after the laundry, changing sheets, disinfecting toys, etc.
